Return Policy Basics
              

  • Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days in unused, like-new, 100% sell able condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging. Please see the complete list of details and exceptions below
  • All damage and shortage claims should be made within 10 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the order. Call BrightLEDFixtures.com Online Customer Support at 1-800-764-8533 Monday-Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. (closed Holidays) to report damages and obtain a return authorization number. 
  • A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.
  • A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.


Return Policy Exceptions:

Damaged Items and Shortage Claims: Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 30 days of delivery by calling 1-800-764-8533.
 

  • Purchases made with gift certificates and Gift Cards will be refunded as site credit. Site credits cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
  • Special order returns are non-refundable...No exceptions
  • Orders returned after 30 days subject to 25% restocking fee.
  • Cancellations may be subject to 15% restocking fee
  • Purchases, exceeding $1,000, may be refunded as mail check. Checks are mailed from The Bright LED Fixtures support in Canton, GA.
  • Receipts for purchases made with credit, debit or check within the last 45 days may be located in our system. Ask an associate about receipt look up.
  • Bright LED Fixtures reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time and for any reason.
  • Items shipped Canada, Mexico or overseas may not be returned across borders.
  • Returns of merchandise after 90 days in Florida from the date of original purchase with a receipt: Sales tax will NOT be refunded. Customers will be issued credit for the purchase price of the item(s) only. NOTE: Even exchanges of merchandise are not affected by this rule.

All return products require a RMA (Return Merchant Authorization ).
A RMA must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
To request a RMA simply login to our account, in my account click on Submit RMA requesting a Return Authorization Number.
A return must be received in our Warehouse within 14 days of receiving your RMA.
Include your packing slip with your return and write your Return Merchant Authorization Number on the OUTSIDE of the package. Example: 7mbydw23gregxh7
Your return must be sent via a traceable shipping method. If you do not send your return via a traceable shipping method and we do not receive the item, we will not be able to process your return.
